You project to carry out a temporary photographic exhibition and you wish to supplement your collection by photography present in our exhibition.

EXHIBITION HANDLING AND TRANSPORT CHARGES :
The customer commits himself assuming the handling and transport charges of the photo exhibition :
1) From Rueil-Malmaison (92500 - FRANCE)
until the place of the exhibition.
2) From the place of exhibition until Rueil-Malmaison (92500 - FRANCE).
RESPONSABILITY :
The customer is completely responsible for the contents of the exposure (mentioned in the contract) during the duration of the contract and the period of delay or transport. So the customer commits himself assuming the relative costs : with the repair or the replacement of the damaged or stolen material and with the delay of routing.
INSURANCE :
The hiring of the exhibition does not include a contract of insurance. The insurance is with the whole discretion of the customer.
EXHIBITION INSTALLATION, CONFERENCE, AND DOCUMENTARY PROJECTION :
We propose, in complement of the exhibition, to accompany the installation, to present our journey during a conference of 2h00 or to project our film with format DVD (release envisaged May 2008). In this case, the housing and travelling expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
